Our Core Values
1.
Biblical Teaching
We are committed to God’s word it is our standard in life and everything we do.
“All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.”
2 Timothy 3:16
2.
Spirit Empowered
We want all people to experience God's supernatural presence, power and giftings, which enables us to do all He wants us to do.
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Acts 1:8
3.
Intentional Spiritual Development
To help all ages develop a life-long desire to grow together in our knowledge of the Bible and in our relationship with Jesus.
Jesus said to the people who believed in him, “You are truly my disciples if you remain faithful to my teachings. And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
John 8:31-32
4.
Compassion
Humbly living to serve and meet the needs of others.
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
1 Peter 4:10
5.
Unnatural Generosity
We will give of our time, talents, finances, and comfort to meet the needs of others with extravagant love.
“Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”
Luke 6:38
06.
Prayer
We don't know it all, so we talk to the One who does.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
Philippians 4:6
07.
Community
Our goal is to live in unity and fellowship with everyone in our church body. We want our church to be like “coming home” to those who care about us most.
All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals (including the Lord’s Supper), and to prayer. A deep sense of awe came over them all, and the apostles performed many miraculous signs and wonders. And all the believers met together in one place and shared everything they had. They sold their property and possessions and shared the money with those in need. They worshiped together at the Temple each day, met in homes for the Lord’s Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity— all the while praising God and enjoying the goodwill of all the people. And each day the Lord added to their fellowship those who were being saved.
Acts 2:42-47
